As a Line Cook with Perkins, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while working in a fun and dynamic atmosphere. Hours of operation 6am to 10pm.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Perkins' standards of quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of the kitchen area.
• Manage food inventory and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet guests' orders efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while handling food and kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
